GIS information encompasses practically every aspect of daily life.
As more of our world is modeled with GIS, the amount of information
compiled grows exponentially. Consequently, it is important that GIS
data is properly organized to allow people to efficiently make use
of this information.
Pueblo
County's numerous GIS data layers are organized thematically, based
upon guidelines from the Federal Geographic Data Committee and modified
slightly to meet Pueblo County's needs.
Landbase
includes data that relates to land ownership and all aspects of how
land in Pueblo County is taxed, managed, subdivided and sold -- such
as parcel boundaries, lot boundaries, block boundaries and subdivision
boundaries.
